Conditions for Returns
Eligibility: Artworks must be in their original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Custom Orders: Please note that custom paintings or personalised items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for security.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned art, we will inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
